Our initial reports are free of charge as we understand that it can be difficult committing to a project without having the full facts available.
On larger, more complex projects additional factors can arise that will materially affect the direction of a project and we are able to offer enhanced studies that account for these aspects:

Our surveying team have years of diagnosing and repairing all ranges of building defects, including rising damp, leaks, concrete deterioration, structural movement etc.
